Location: Remote (Hiring in Major Freight Markets like Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary)

Pay Range: $60,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role: Impact & Growth

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be the bridge between shippers and their logistics solutions. You will:

  • Drive Sales: Identify leads, build a robust pipeline, and close deals using your existing network of shippers.

  • Full-Cycle Brokerage: Provide competitive quotes, negotiate with carrier partners, and manage projects from pickup to delivery.

  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term trust with clients and vendors while maintaining healthy margin targets.

  • Strategic Outreach: Re-engage inactive shippers and develop creative strategies to earn new business.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, or Freight Sales.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of North American Over-the-Road (OTR) trucking, intermodal, and/or Ocean/Air forwarding.

  • The "Book": An existing list of shipper clients and carrier relationships in Canada and the USA.

  • The Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with the motivation to exceed uncapped sales goals.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in TMS Software, MS Office and Other industry specific software and apps.
