Q: Where are Lantrax Logistics’ warehouse and transload locations located?
A: Our flagship warehouse facility is in the Metro Vancouver city of Surrey BC Canada. We have partner facilities in Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Seattle and more!
Q: Do you provide freight brokerage services?
A: Yes, through our 3PL division we partner with a network of vetted carriers to ensure optimal coverage and competitive pricing across North America.
Q: Can you help manage large industrial or infrastructure projects?
A: Absolutely. We specialize in project freight including oversize and over-dimensional loads, construction components, and time-sensitive materials.
Flatbed & Heavy Haul Division
Q: What types of trailers and equipment do you have for flatbed hauling?
A: Our Asset based Fleet includes standard flatbeds, step decks, double drops, RGN (Removable Gooseneck), extendable trailers, and multi-axle lowbeds for heavy haul.
Q: Do you handle oversize or over-dimensional loads?
A: Yes. We specialize in hauling oversize freight including concrete girders, steel, machinery, modular buildings, and more.
Q: Can you provide pilot cars, permits, and route planning for heavy haul?
A: Yes, we take care of all permits, pilot cars, and provincial/state compliance, so you don’t have to.

Q: What regions do you service?
A: We haul freight across all of Canada and the continental U.S. and Alaska, with a strong focus on Western Canada, the Pacific Northwest, and cross-border traffic.
Q: Do you provide cross-border shipping to and from the U.S.?
A: Yes. We are fully compliant and experienced in cross-border freight movements, including customs coordination with your customs broker.
Q: Do you ship to remote or hard-to-access job sites?
A: Yes. We routinely deliver to industrial projects, mines, construction sites, and off-grid locations. Let us know your access limitations and we'll plan accordingly.
Container & Storage Services
Q: Do you rent or sell shipping containers?
A: Yes. Through our West Coast Container division, we offer new and used shipping containers for sale or rent.
Q: What types of shipping containers do you typically stock at your yard?
A: We always have a rotating stock of new and used 10ft, 20ft, 40ft, 40ft High Cube and other specialized shipping containers.
Q: What is the scope of your warehousing services?
A: We offer secure storage at all of our prime and partner facilities across Canada and the USA. We offer container de-stuffing, pick and pack, e-commerce order fulfillment, repacking and deliveries to Amazon FBA facilities and more.
Q: Can you store Hazardous Materials?
A: Yes, we can assist you with the storage and handling of your hazardous cargo.
Q: Can I store oversized cargo and shipping containers at your transload facility?
A: We offer secure yard storage for loaded and empty containers, project freight, and heavy equipment at several locations across Canada and the USA. We have several acres of outdoor secure storage at several of our facilities across Canada.

A: Yes, we provide transloading services at strategic locations near ports, rail, and industrial hubs to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
Q: Can you handle time-sensitive or just-in-time deliveries?
A: Absolutely. We regularly handle time-critical loads and job-site deliveries with precision scheduling.
Q: Do you offer dedicated contract trucking?
A: Yes. We provide dedicated units and drivers for consistent, on-demand freight programs.

Q: How do I request a quote?
A: You can request a quote online, email us directly, or call our dispatch office for immediate service. Simply email info@lantraxlogistics.com with your shipment details and we will assist you right away.
Q: Can I track my shipment in real-time?
A: Yes. We offer shipment visibility via our customer portal or email updates throughout transit.
Q: What should I do if I need to reschedule or change delivery instructions?
A: Contact dispatch immediately. We’ll adjust your schedule and coordinate with the driver.

Q: Are you fully licensed and insured?
A: Yes. We are licensed to operate across Canada and the U.S. and carry comprehensive cargo and liability insurance.
Q: What safety protocols do your drivers follow?
A: Our drivers follow strict safety procedures, pre-trip inspections, securement checks, and adhere to hours-of-service regulations. We are also COR Safety Certified through the BCTA and Worksafe BC’s Safety Driven Program.
