As our Operations Manager, Andrea is the steady force behind so much of what we do. Her ability to lead with clarity, confidence, and care keeps our operations running smoothly, even in the most demanding situations. She has a rare talent for seeing both the big picture and the smallest details, all while supporting her team with patience, respect, and encouragement.

Fifteen years is an incredible achievement, and we are extremely grateful for everything Andrea has contributed (and continues to contribute) to our company.
